Icon1 was founded by pioneering Sportz agent C. Lamont Smith (founder of All Pro Sportz and Entertainment) to address the rapidly changing landscape of today’s professional athlete. After stepping away from active recruiting for a few years to focus on his family, Lamont wanted to create an agency to address the needs of those athletes who aspire to be more than a JAG ( just another guy). Icon1 was created to serve a selected few athletes who have the skill, drive, and charisma to be special on and off the field or court.
